Maa Ki Puri – My Mother’s healthier brown puri alternative.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp melted ghee
1 ½ tbsp oil
1 cup cake flour
⅔ cup brown bread flour
⅓ cup self-raising flour
1 tsp salt
⅔ cup water

Combine the three flours, rub in the oil, ghee, and salt.

Make a non-sticky firm dough with tap water.

Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.

Roll out to 3mm thick, cut as desired, and fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Delicious, dry and non-oily. Eat fresh!
