Gujarat Kebabs in a flash! Because they are so quick and easy to make using Food For Royalty "Gujarat" Spice Blend.

 350 g lamb or chicken mince Do not soak the mince, rinse quickly for a few seconds and squeeze all excess water
 2 slices bread crusts removed
 2 tbsp Milk
 2 tsp Food For Royalty Gujarat Spice Blend
 1 tsp Food For Royalty Amchoor
 1 tsp coriander powder level tsp
 1 ½ tsp salt
 2 tsp ground green chili
 2 tbsp ready fried browned onions – crushed
 2 tbsp fresh coriander - including the stalks
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp crushed red chili
 ½ tsp garlic paste
SERVING SUGGESTION
 Absolutely yummy with hot fluffy puri or mini garlic naans and off course @food_for_royalty range of Chutneys or a mint yoghurt Dip which is healthy and preservative free .

Do not soak the mince, rinse quickly for a few seconds and squeeze all excess water.

Remove the crusts of the bread and allow to soak in the 2 Tblsp milk, mix well.

Combine the mince, bread and all the remaining ingredients.

Mix, kneed well. Can refrigerate for a few mixtures if desired.

Shape into small round kebabs using slightly wet/ oiled palms.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, shallow fry kebabs until well browned on either sides.

Remove and drain on a paper towel.
